How do I create an Online Self-Service Account?
  1. Browse to bothellwa.gov/utilitybilling and click the “Pay Now” button
  2. Click Online Services on the left-hand side
  3. Click Register
  4. Complete the Self-Registration form and click Save

You now have a Citizen Self-Service account. Next, we will link it to your Utility Billing account(s).
