Updated 4/1: Meet the Candidates for City Manager

Save the date and join us virtually on Monday, April 4th at 6 pm for the opportunity to meet the four finalists City Council has selected for City Manager. 

Scott Andrews 

Scott Andrews currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Covington, Georgia. Prior to his time in Covington, Scott was the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Smyrna, Georgia, and the Economic Development Director for the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. 

Rob Karlinsey 

Rob Karlinsey currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Kenmore, Washington. Prior to that, Rob was the City Administrator for the City of Gig Harbor, Washington, and the Deputy City Manager for the City of University Place, Washington. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University. 

Scott Mitnick 

Scott Mitnick most recently served as the City Manager of the City of El Segundo, California. Prior to El Segundo, Scott was the County Administrator for the County of Sutter, California, and held multiple roles for the City of Thousand Oaks, California, including Assistant City Manager and Deputy City Manager before assuming the role of City Manager. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School. 

Kyle Stannert 

Kyle Stannert currently serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. Prior to his time in Fort Collins, Kyle served in Bellevue, Washington, as the Assistant City Manager after serving the City for numerous years as the Assistant Director and Public Records Officer. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington State University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. 

We are lucky to have Dr. Eric Murray, President, Cascadia College, as the moderator for this community event.  Finalists will be asked a series of questions based on what we heard from you in a recent community survey.
