It is the City of Bothell policy to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin including limited English proficiency, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise discriminated against under any of its programs and activities.

Title VI Complaints

If you believe you have not been treated equally because of your race, color, national origin, religion, or ability to speak English you have the right to file a discrimination complaint with the City of Bothell. Print the form, fill it out, and send it to:
