The City of Bothell assures that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity.  

Interpreter and translation services for non-English speakers and accommodations for persons with disabilities can be arranged upon request by calling the City of Bothell, (425) 806-6100 (TTY Relay: 711).  

Title VI Complaints

If you believe you have not been treated equally because of your race, sex, color, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, income, ability to speak English, or status as a parent, you have the right to file a discrimination complaint with the City of Bothell. Fill out the form online or print the form, fill it out, and send it to:
