The Support Services Division is responsible for the Records Section and Communications (911 Dispatch) Section.

The Records Section provides a variety of support services tasks providing timely, reliable and accurate information in response to inquiries from the public, and processing a wide variety of records, logs, court documents, and other paperwork. The Records Unit also maintains Police Department case reports and criminal history record information and related records as well as providing fingerprinting services. Fingerprinting

 The Bothell Police Department provides fingerprinting services on-site (18410 101st Avenue NE) for citizens wanting to apply for an original Concealed Pistol License (CPL).  Citizens must reside within the City limits of Bothell.

Fingerprinting hours are every other Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. by appointment only.  Please call 425.487.5120 to schedule your appointment.  Please see updated service hours, and more details on these services here.

911 Dispatch, Communications
The Bothell 911 Dispatch, Communications Section is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with 911 call takers, dispatchers and supervisors. Bothell 911/Communications dispatches for 2 police departments (Bothell and Lake Forest Park), and receives more than 17,000 calls to 911, and more than 40,000 incoming non-emergency/business calls annually.
