About the Project

The project will construct movable bollards on Main Street between Festival Street (101st Ave NE) and 102nd Ave NE and Festival Street between NE 183rd St and NE 185th St to safely, effectively, and efficiently close Main Street and Festival Street to host events, support activities, and use as gathering spaces as needed.

Please be advised that this project does not include: 

  • Closure length decisions 
  • Closure frequency decisions 
  • Temporary or permanent closure decisions
