Create a Mini Herb Garden for Pollinators (April 23, 2022)
We hope you were able to join us for our Earth Day Container Gardening Workshop called "Create a Mini Herb Garden for Pollinators" on April 23, 2022! Participants learned about the critical role of pollination, how to identify pollinators and beneficial bugs, and how to create an inviting environment for helpful critters. Then they created their own mini container garden to take home that included edible plants like marigolds and pansies, and herbs like chive, basil, and dill.
Thank you to our partners
We'd like to thank our partners at Tilth Alliance and King County's Hazardous Waste Management Program for making this workshop possible.
