The citizens of Bothell benefit from an in-house 911 Emergency Communications Center, linking callers with police, fire and medical responders.
Communications Specialists are trained to serve as both call-takers for emergency and non-emergency incoming calls for service, and also as dispatchers for officer response to these calls. The Communications Specialists enjoy a close working relationship with officers and fellow employees within the department, as well as the citizens they serve.
