Utility Tax Rebate Application

Low-income residents can apply for a rebate of the City of Bothell's tax portion (6%) on your utility bills; these include the following:

  • Electric
  • Telephone/Cell service
  • Gas

These amounts can be found separated out at the bottom of your utility bill.  This example shows the Bothell tax as shown on an electric utility bill:
